Returns & Refunds

 

If you have purchased an item from Touch-Needs and you do not wish to keep it for whatever reason, please follow the instructions for returning items.

Returning Unwanted Items

Please open and check your goods as soon as possible after delivery and contact us within 14 days of receiving them, if you wish to return them. Please email: orders@touchneeds.com so we can give you details of how to return the item/s.

Items must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. We cannot accept return of any items after this period.

NB

  • All items must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition. We reserve the right to give a partial refund, or no refund if goods are in a diminished state.
  • Bespoke/specially created products are not refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the item/s.  We are unable to refund until the product has been received and quality checked.  We advise customers to use a tracked service when returning goods.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable.

Returning Damaged Products

We aim to get all products to you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the return of the damaged items. Any refund for damaged goods will only be considered once the items have been returned to us.

Returns – Outside of the UK

Customers are liable to pay the receiving country’s import duty.  If payment of duty is refused, customers void buyer protection and will only receive a refund after the return fee or cost of destruction of the goods is deducted.  The initial shipping fee to the receiving country is non-refundable.
