Delivery Information

Please allow 7 working days for UK mainland deliveries and longer off mainland/international deliveries.

We ship orders twice a week, via Royal Mail.

Shipping Costs
All UK orders of £50 or more attract free delivery with Royal Mail. If you wish to upgrade to a faster delivery, the option to select Upgrade Shipping is available, for the cost of £6 (excluding VAT). Please note, we only ship Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Please note (regarding international orders) Customs and Excise in receiving countries can sometimes delay orders. The length of time a parcel maybe detained is out of our hands, so please be mindful of this when requesting expected delivery dates. Thank you.

If an order has not been delivered within 2 weeks of point of sale, please contact us, so we can track this for you. Queries about non delivery will not be entertained after 6 weeks has lapsed since the order was shipped.
