If you have purchased an item from Touch-Needs and you do not wish to keep it for whatever reason, please follow the instructions for returning items.

Returning Unwanted Items

Please open and check your goods within 24 hours of receiving them and inform us immediately by phone: +44 (0)7773 398894 or email: info@touchneeds.com and we will give you details of how to return the item.

Please do not delay contacting us, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We cannot accept return of any items after this period.

NB All items must be returned, unused and where applicable, unopened;in perfect condition and in their full original packaging.

It is important that you contact us before returning goods.  If returned to our head office in Staffordshire (address on invoice) there will be a delay with the refund/exchange, as all returned items must be processed by quality control at our warehouse in Essex.  The cost to retrieve the order from our head office will be charged at £18 (inc. VAT) and deducted from any refund due.

Returning Damaged Products

We aim to get all products to you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the return of the damaged items. Any refund for damaged goods will only be considered once the items have been returned to us.
